Agree! For $100 the material is probably very cheap. You can probably get some better quality at the Mens Wearhouse.

If you want to look like a maitre d’ or like you are going to a funeral wear a black suit, otherwise Navy, dark blue, grey.

Well the entire point of Spirit is they aren't going to bust your nuts over the color of your suit or tie. We hired a guy wearing a yellow suit.

This isn't Delta where every applicant shows up in the exact 2 button navy suit with red tie, simply because the interview consultant told them this is the interview uniform.

Dress like a grown up, and its not an issue. Most interviews usually begin with the interviewers telling people to take their suit jackets off and relax; this isnt a test, its how things are.

If you really want to "look the part," show up in a NorthFace and they will know you are Spirit material!

I wore a calm yellow tie (not spirit yellow) but enough yellow that it was clear. did it help or hurt me get the job? no idea. but it was a nice match for my charcoal suit

How many people attend each session would you say? How much FaceTime do you get with Chief Pilots and others?

Thanks! Looking forward to it.

I met a Delta pilot that asked if I had my app in and I said no I like it here at Spirit, his face turned in disgust like I'm crazy..... tell them those stories.
You speak to my soul! #NeverDelta.
