It’s hard to say since the company is growing MCO. Once the new hire class picks up you should be able to get it during new hire training.

There's a school of thought that says that it doesn't matter... If you're going to commute anyhow, bid ACY and be in the top 25% within a year, able to pick a decent schedule years before people who bid a "good" base.

Something to think about.

Is spirit still hiring
 
One year in at ACY will yield an approximate 65-70 percentile spot on the fo list. The movement is not as fast as a few years ago.

Not a lot of movement when not a lot of hiring/upgrading is happening.

So, what is the crash pad situation like in ACY? Anything that is relatively descent that may not require a car to be brought across the country?

I think there are a couple options. Most don’t stick around long unless they live nearby.

the grid in acy is so green there is no reason for anyone to actually commute there unless they specifically choose to.
