Assuming you do well on the "talent assessment", any ideas how long it takes to hear back? Its been over a week...

Sometime between now and never. For me it was 2 weeks.

No news is good news, they’re usually pretty quick to tell you TBNT if you don’t pass the assessment.

Yea... ive heard that “no news is good news” along with the crickets while others that applied later got a call, interview AND job. Not sure if the “no news is good news” is a way of them telling hold tight until we run out of applicants and then we’ll give you a call, but hopefuly its true😕

I think you passed the personality assessment or whatever it is they give applicants as you didn’t get the automatic TBNT email.

I also think we are over staffed and they have a pool of pilots waiting on class dates. Rumor is they have all classes filled through February. I think they’ll get back to calling and offering interviews to candidates in the next month or two. Not sure if they’ll call you but it’s good you didn’t get the auto TBNT email.

I took the personality assessment when the minimums were 2000tt, and 1 day after the assessment, I got the email to input my flight times.

I’m in a unique situation...2000tt, with 1400sic (121), and 100tPIC (121). I was hired at my first regional in 2011, and later took a 5 year sabbatical. I now don’t see a place to update my flight time, as I recognize I will now have to wait till I hit 3000 total before I can even apply again.

Earlier this month I took it and received an email for all of my flight hours etc a couple days later. Nothing since then.

You need to get current and start logging time at a regional asap

I’m sorry I did not clarify. I was hired by Envoy in October 2017, and completed upgrade this past August. I had my required 10000tSIC from my stint as a regional FO from 2011-2013.

My question is just that I took the talent assessment a month or so back when the minimums were 2000tt, and then filled out the next step application with only 2000 hours. Now the requirements are 3000, but I don’t see a way to update my hours for when I get to 3000 (still a ways off). I also don’t want to have to retake the talent assessment.

Thanks!

That's what we require now, 1000T SIC?
