Default Gallup Test

I applied to Spirit twice in the past 16 months and failed the gallup test both times. I'm at a loss cos I actually want to be at Spirit. I live in South Florida and I would love to be able to drive to work. I haven't been to any job fairs yet as I struggle with juggling commuting and trying to spend as much time with my family as possible. I'm 33 with 5500 tt all turbine with 737,A330 and GV experience and about 400 Turbine PIC. I flew abroad for the better part of my flying and only started gaining some 121 time at a regional in 2017, I will be upgrading in the new year to get the 121 PIC to make me more attractive to maybe the majors but I ideally want to skip that and get to a decent airline and start building seniority and get a decent qol as I have a young family.
Can anyone please give me some pointers.

It’s tough as a commuter and a family to go to job fairs but you have to make it a priority. I’ll seem like nothing to your family when you gain all the lost commuting time back by living in base. Ask how I know. At this point it’s just an excuse.

Be consistent on the Gallop. If you like to party say so. But don’t say I love the library and then say I love to beer bong. Also answer the questions with the mindset of a leader. My 2 cents.

You know the 1st time I took it I was actually pretty honest, I guess the 2nd time I started trying to answer what I felt they wanted to hear. And whats wrong with liking to party and the library lol! I'm usually the middle ground kinda guy
Also my plan is to attend lots of job fairs next year but I've been pretty focused on Spirt.

Haha solid advice. However, if you say that you like to beer bong at the library, you are in...
