Default Gallup test

Does any one happen to know when to expect any further contact after completing the Gallup assessment?

Got the same email, as well as a few other ppl I have met. After talking about it, I realized that using their website you can't get past the submit/update resume page. I don't know what advice to give if there isn't some technical contact for their website.

So I would have done same as you and asked for a HR Email if there isn't anyone else to contact.

Pretty sure most airlines don’t publish such information as they’d have a full voicemail and email in 2 minutes and they don’t want pilots hassling the recruiters. It’s frustrating because when technology doesn’t work there is no one to talk to. It’s the world we live in. Ever tried contacting amazon?

So again... the question I'm looking for an answer to is how long after taking the Gallup assessment might one expect to be contacted to advance in the hiring process?

I understand what a Gallup is, but how is it conducted and where does it fall in the application process?

Thanks

It’s sent to you after you apply if you meet their requirements, score well enough on the Gallup and you get a phone interview when can lead to an in person interview.

If you don't score well enough, does anyone bother to send a TBNT email?

I applied last year and took the gallup, but was short on hours. I never got an invite or a TBNT email. Waiting until I can hit a MTC and have the hours to reapply, but no idea if I need to "study" for the Gallup or if I did ok answering everything off the cuff.

I don’t know if you get a TBNT or not. There is really no way to study for the Gallup, just answer consistently and some of the problems are patterns or math type problems you might see on the SAT. It’s not that hard.
