Under Review
 

On Spirit's ICIMS site, I have the application status of "Under Review." Is this a good sign or does everyone have this status at some point? Just wondering if I'm actually being considered for an interview.

Also, does anyone know the training/class schedule for the rest of 2019 or at least the next several months?

Mine says "received submission" so it seems like there is some sort of progress.

I applied in January and it also says under review. Hopefully it means good news but it’s definitely better than TBNT. Fingers crossed.

Circa early this month, it was posted that we were hiring an additional 270 FO’s to cover an increase in flying and attrition. How that number breaks down monthly or if that number is 100% accurate is beyond my knowledge; just passing on what I know. Best of luck to the qualified applicants out there!

I found an option in there for email updates on the application dashboard. I quit looking a couple days ago in hopes that an email would arrive

Just got an email about the Gallup assessment being the next step, hope that's a good sign. Might be standard for everyone?

Got the same e-mail today

The Gallup assessment came pretty quickly after I applied. It's been a few months since then. Good luck. I'll add that in the past when I've applied I believe I failed the assessment because it was a very quick, probably automated, TBNT email. This round, it says under review.

Did my Gallup right after I submitted also. Been waiting for a change from "Under Review" for about a month now.
