Anyone know where to look?

You can buy a leather from anywhere but I believe Perrone Leather is the one the company has an arrangement with. If you buy a leather from another provider, make sure the wing stud holes on the jacket fit the leather jacket wings that the uniform provider sells... I would contact your pilot case coordinator and they can give you the order sheet info.

IF you want to buy a leather without payroll deduct, I suggest you do so because Ive heard Perrone can take a long while...Like, next winter stuff..

They have to raise the cow, slaughter the cow, dress the cow, tan the leather...this stuff takes time.

*Ha, well how about that, a brand new HQ! Keep buying your own jacket though, do your part! 😂
You think all those business professionals out there have their clothes paid for? Stop acting like an entitled millennial and dress professional.

Apples and oranges, MCDU. You're
hired help whose wages are based on circumstances not skill set. That's why your pay doubled, not because you magically became a better pilot.

Clothes do not make a professional, they make an impression. If you need to make an impression to those looking for the cheapest seat, feel free.

Your peers have their uniforms paid for, so should we. Enough with the it's better than my regional, this is the most money I've ever made, mentality. It's this attitude that gave us an industry bottom contract.

Good day

I agree with your last couple sentences but you’re off on this. Wear the approved uniform and wear it well. Don’t want to pay for the Karbon that’s fine. Wear the blazer or the leather which are paid for. Don’t do your own thing just because you feel like it.

Btw United doesn’t pay for uniforms but they do pay for all dry cleaning
