Agree on the size, I’m 6’2 and a medium fits well. Also, I’m probably returning the liner. I don’t think it was worth the money as the jacket is warm enough without it.

Wow 6’2 and medium is the size to go with?
What type of build are you? I’m 6’0 and was going to get the large but now I’m not so sure. Haven’t been in DTW in half a year to try them on.

It's not a fitted jacket at all. You'll be swimming in that L unless you're a bigger than average guy, or prefer a baggier fit. It seems to me they designed the fit (torso) of it around a person wearing the insulator inner jacket.

I’m 6’2 and the medium fits well. Remember these are technically sized for the inner liner. So, they’re pretty big.

Which is why I'll keep wearing my $30 NF look alike.

You mean you will continue to not comply and look unprofessional.

Got it.

Lol, yes, my tailored pants and $200 shoes look horrible. You don't need to see my epaulets or ID.

Keep talking and I'll switch to a green fluorescent, goose down jacket. 🤪

Or you could wear the blazer or leather which are approved and paid for by the company.

When the weather is appropriate, I do. However the company is allowing an intermediate jacket now and I'm not paying for it.

You gave away enough of our contract by supporting the last NC and plenty of us went along with it. Maybe you would like us to fly for free next so we can "help the company out"? You remind me of JA.

The intermediate jacket is a certain brand and has epaulets and wings required.

For the record, I voted against the contract. Uniforms happen to be a pet peeve. It’s a uniform so we look uniform and like pilots. If it were up to me there would be one option not three and heavy enforcement since we cannot seem to police ourselves.

So you will drop $200 on shoes but won’t buy a blazer or approved jacket. Got it.

Has the company ever provided shoes?

I might even switch to black tennis shoes just to watch whine about it on APC.

*Ha, well how about that, a brand new HQ! Keep buying your own jacket though, do your part! 😂
