Thanks but I don’t believe I ever said this was the worst place to work because I know it’s not. I also don’t believe it’s the best. But I also don’t think it’s fair to tell people to come here based on an aircraft order that hasn’t been placed.

If someone gets hired here today, and the company doesn’t place another order, that new hire who doesn’t “have an upgrade” is the least of the problems.

If this airline doesn’t order more planes, this airline will start to die, and even guys already in the left seat will have career issues. It’s no secret they need more planes to make the business work long term, they have always said that.

Planes are coming. If not, we are all in trouble.

This.

Except it's not a secret. If you don't understand it, you either won't get the interview or won't get the CJO. Or you might get the CJO but won't survive training.

New airplanes, "big boy contract", no hats.

Can we guess which pilots have the "big boy contract" and which one doesn't?

If you ever wanted an image to sum up how we are looked at by Legacy carriers...this is it

Other than him looking like a dork, the only difference is a hat and blazer, which most don’t want anyways. So what’s the point.

Our guy showing up without a jacket isn't professional nor classy. We need to add an additional day of training on how to 'adult' in the dressing department.

Clearly you missed the entire point if all you want to say is "looking like a dork."

If you can't understand why this look is bad, or why ALPA cropped him from the photo https://www.instagram.com/we_are_alpa/?hl=en (after numerous emails from pilots) and reposted without him, you will never get it.
