Employment Authorization Card
Hi , does anyone know if it’s possible to work for spirit with an Employment Authorization Card, even if the person doesn’t have a greencard yet? Or maybe any HR contact or email to ask them ? Thanks for your help

Not certain as to the answer of your question although we have quite a few ex avianca columbian national pilots on our seniority list so I would guess yes....doubt anyone will post an HR email on here... good luck

I believe you can no problem as long as you can travel in and out of any country served by Spirit without any kind of sponsoring or extra problems |

Thanks for your answers. There is no problem traveling in an out. |
Hey folks I'm in a similar situation. I'm a permanent resident but haven't received my SSN as yet. I applied and received the email to take the gallup assessment. Would it be wise to wait until that's received before taking the gallup just incase they ask for a SSN for the assessment?

They don't ask for it on the assessment, plus your SSN will get mailed to you pretty quick. If I remember correctly my wife's took less than 3 weeks... that was 7 years ago though |

Are you allowed to leave the country and come back while waiting for your permanent resident card?
