Default Employment Authorization Card

Hi , does anyone know if it’s possible to work for spirit with an Employment Authorization Card, even if the person doesn’t have a greencard yet? Or maybe any HR contact or email to ask them ? Thanks for your help

Not certain as to the answer of your question although we have quite a few ex avianca columbian national pilots on our seniority list so I would guess yes....doubt anyone will post an HR email on here... good luck

I believe you can no problem as long as you can travel in and out of any country served by Spirit without any kind of sponsoring or extra problems

Are you allowed to leave the country and come back while waiting for your permanent resident card?

Hey folks I'm in a similar situation. I'm a permanent resident but haven't received my SSN as yet. I applied and received the email to take the gallup assessment. Would it be wise to wait until that's received before taking the gallup just incase they ask for a SSN for the assessment?

They don't ask for it on the assessment, plus your SSN will get mailed to you pretty quick. If I remember correctly my wife's took less than 3 weeks... that was 7 years ago though

You are, I was in that position when I was a new hire at Comair. I had a US Refugee Travel Document (colloquially "Green Passport") until I got my Green Card.
