I was in the July 9 interview and received a job offer by phone yesterday. I actually thought the interview went mediocre-ly for me. I'm still shocked I got it.
Everyone in the interview group was great. I think everyone there deserved the job. All very cool and interesting people.

Why do you think it didn’t go very well? Can you share any tips or things you did to prepare?

Well, it went well in total but I made the error of forgetting my passport, which I threw in the pocket of a work bag that I didn't bring on my interview trip. So actually that was the only thing; missing a document. Though to be fair the interview email didn't say you needed to bring you passport (just 2 forms of government ID).

And this guy doesn’t even know the correct form of “too” and still got the job. 😂
Arliss, it wasn’t the passport. HR decides all these days and sometimes what makes a good pilot hire isn’t always what they look for, I wish we had more line pilot control on hiring. Don’t sweat it, it will work out. Reapply down the road and keep the applications out for other jobs...it will come together. Best of luck
