When photos are taken you shake with the right hand and receive your wings with your left. Remain joined until the photo is finished and then go join your family as the rest of the graduates are presented.

I like to place two people in the line for the graduates to shake hands with, who both hand the graduate an item (ie the first hands the wings and the second a certificate). This is a great indicator of how the new graduate will handle task-saturation and makes for some really awkward photos.

That's assuming you purchased the wings while you were in training. If you forget to purchase them, then you won't get wings during your graduation ceremony.

No wings, Just smiles and high fives then.

These responses are great but cut the guy or gal some slack. I think it’s obvious they’re foreign and a bunch foreign airlines do work under some kind of personal contract.

Looks like he's been looking for work in the states for at least the last three years based on his posts, 5Y, HA, F9, AS, and NK. I would hope by this point he did the tiniest bit of research into working for a US airline.

Finally a mature comment.. thank you!!
And you are right.. globally it is different and we all have different worries regarding employment, specially when big family and job changes are on hand.. anyhow, funny comments from the rest. And yes I did my research, I am old enough to know where are my limits, and that is not one of them.
