New hire contract and benefits question

Good morning, any new hire with Spirit can please answer me a few questions.
When did you signed a contract? After drug testing and before training? Before drug testing? Before training? After training?
Do they sent you anything by email after they confirm you were selected? Like a job agreement or anything similar? Or they just gave you a training starting date and that’s it?

When did you had access to ZED tickets (other airlines standbys)? Same thing, after training? With contract? 3 months after hired? 1 month?

Thanks!!

I think his online 1st language to English is malfunctioning. Looks like we are back to hiring folks that facilitate quality CRM

Class date and they mail you lots of background check paperwork. Study materials are all online.

Travel benefits for you and your family on Spirit start kind of immediately during training. For all other ZEDs you need to be 6 months on property.

The contract signing ceremony is a pretty big deal. Typically the CEO and board of directors are present, along with local city and state officials, various news media outlets, and occasionally visiting foreign dignitaries. There is a solid gold pen filled with the tears of those not offered a contract, and a classically trained harpist strums as you write your name.

What they don’t tell you is that you are required to fill your drug test urine sample cup with the other hand at the same time. Such dexterity is important to be an airbus driver.

The life sized commemorative bronze statue is currently on 3-4 month back order, but I like the way mine really ties the living room together.
