Is there any timeframe associated with this? I'm a B6 guy and fully assume we will furlough after our agreement date allows management to do so. A stay of execution is a good thing, but the execution is still likely IMO.

All we have is an agreement that the calculated savings from voluntary incentive lines (50 hour lines) are enough to stop the furloughs that were scheduled for October.

That’s good, but I don’t see anything that says they can’t furlough in November. They didn’t agree not to furlough for X period of time. Am I missing something?

This is correct, the union guy I talked to seemed to hint that we are safe until the EILs have run their course as long as things don’t get much worse.

The company believes we will all be back for next summer and has planned that way. Obviously, if things don't improve by then or get much worse it can all change. While not specifically written, it is heavily believed/implied that we are covered through May.

You know what happens when you assume...

In all seriousness since the additional mitigation with rsv drops and changing the bidding timeline Id expect them not to furlough as long as those measures are in place, which is May.

EILs protected the first wave and the additional mitigation terms are in place til May so I’d expect that, or else we will be looking for our $1.3mil per month for the bidding delay

it doesn’t explicitly say it, but in the other terms it keeps talking about through May 2021. (Which is also when the other EIL will finish running their course).

Furloughs come November 01. You all have been had!

Did we ever figure out if any FA’s are getting furloughed? I know we got that email from Ted but it wasn’t kinda clear.

No FA furloughs either from what I've been told? Correct me if I'm wrong but its just corporate that's getting hit by the furloughs at this point.
