My statement/question was in reference to the potential programs with University flight schools. If they are talking about bringing on new hires straight from college obviously your minimums would be lowering.....

I’m willing to bet any university pipeline program will be through a regional after the university.

From the notes sent to me, looks like they want to de-leverage once consistently profitable (2022??), so don't expect any quick raises... Not that C2018 was quick by any stretch of the imagination....

Fine by me...I dont think anyone is expecting anything to happen "quick." I want the books clean and the company profitable. Everything takes time, we all should realize that.
