Bid Qualification list. You can download the entire company list at any given time and compare it in Excel to a previous version

How do you get the pdf to a properly formatted excel file? I tried it years ago and the columns were all messed up. I was using a Mac if it matters.

Kind of wild. With all of the new aircraft from Q4 2022 and all of the airplanes coming, I would have thought the upgrades would have hit the 50s by now. Maybe the parking of the 319s cut a lot of CA demand.

We have less planes than Q4 last year by a few. We currently are not frowning. Holding somewhat stagnant plus or minus a few as we take deliveries and park 319s simultaneously

I just looked at the fleet plan, but it looks like slight growth, but you’re right, the death of the 319 pretty much killed it. There will still be 12 more airframes by the end of 2023.

I guess a lot of people don't want to wait for the amazing results of the second and third bite of the apple that are sure to come.

The question is - are the attrited mostly junior FOs, senior FOs, CAs?

51 net hires? Wow. The latest TA didn't do a thing to slow down attrition.

What I hear a lot on the line is that the merger is driving away junior FOs. Between uncertainties of the what the post merger JB will look like and fear of being displaced to JFK, people seem to be jumping ship.

It seems like the line is drawn around the people with 4-6 years on property. They’re not going anywhere. This is all anecdotal, of course, but it seems to be consistent with people I speak with.

Tranquility 04-13-2023 05:44 AM

Zero growth in hubs that have a large legacy presence seems to be the most common theme with the FOs I’ve flown with. Almost all of them had every intention on staying until the displacement came out. Only reason to come to and stay at Spirit is if you live in Florida or don’t mind being Vegas based….
