Same for me, even when I update my resume (flight hours) my application date still has the date my status changed to “under review”.

it is just a chance to highlight things about yourself. You can ask questions. No technical or HR type questions. They will ask if you have any failures or letters of investigation from the FAA or accidents. They will normally sit there and take notes on your resume. They are very friendly. Should be in and out in less than 10 mins.

Flew in the night before to get some rest.
Went downstairs early but didn’t go to the waiting room as the email said not to - talked with another candidate from OO for a bit, a coordinator came down and told us just to come on up even if we were early.
I am very low time and very much want to end up at Spirit so spent 15 minutes talking about my history and why Spirit. Talked a bit about hockey. Then asked about checkride failures and criminal history etc.
Hoping to hear something, but fingers crossed!
