Do we think that the timing of this jcba might actually not be in our favor as the legacies probably won't be getting any pay raises any time soon?
We don't really have a good pattern to follow here. Maybe be best in some other airlines get new contracts and we can try and piggy back of them
One of them will sign before us. I’m not voting for anything until then unless it’s FAR above what they currently make.Originally Posted by Aero1900
I agree, we deserve legacy pay rates. Do we think that the timing of this jcba might actually not be in our favor as the legacies probably won't be getting any pay raises any time soon?

I'm just starting out at a 135 now and didn't know if i should make the jump to the regionals or ride it out to build turbine time and then apply for NK/F9. People on the forums make me worried they don't accept any time other than 121 regional time.Originally Posted by Stayontarget

If your goal is 121, go 121. You just won’t build time and experience fast enough even at a busy 135.Originally Posted by rjpennell24

Apps need to be in as soon as the ink on the temporary ATP is dry. They’re interviewing and hiring people with less than 300 turbine.Originally Posted by Excargodog
