Default NK/F9 first year pay??

Hey NK folks.
I noticed that Frontier has raised their 1st year pay to $75/hr. Has or will Spirit do the same?
Thanks in advance.

No, our contract is different. They can’t change it unilaterally like frontier.

Nope, still rocking that $1,000 a month for the first 90 days for now.

It was super fun flying around the 321 with 200+ passengers on IOE for 1000/ month! Especially when you consider frontier now pays min guarantee, and hotels, and first year pay is now 75 an hour.

Sounds like more pressure on Ted and the crew, ok. I’m glad we don’t have a provision to allow management to unilaterally change a pay rate for 1 group and ignore the rest.

they should just put out a MOU now to snap us up to legacy pay and avoid the massive attrition. It would probably go a long way with keeping FO’s especially.

Seems they are too blind to realize that. Good news is they have learned that 200% for all trips works, as it did in January. So just get ready to make some cash this summer.

Sadly FO stagnation is real and we can’t get off reserve to make that big money.
