These are people that are probably younger than me and will make my long term seniority better. I suspect it's even better for you. Look at the delivery schedule- the planes are acomin'. They have 6 months to make a meaningful change to stem attrition and if they don't... Good. More bargaining power. Literally.

Guys and gals, could we save this thread for people who actually want to be here?
I interviewed on the 26th, it went well and was pretty much told I got the job. Still waiting for my CJO. Anyone else got updates from the past 3 interview sessions? |

It’s not that we don’t like them, we just don’t like you. |

My point was, enjoy what you do. If someone does not enjoy it and just wants to sit around here and do absolutely nothing but gripe, then they should move on to another career.
Nothing management loves more than a bunch of complaining trolls destroying any chance at unity. The ONLY way to get a decent contract against Franke is through unity amongst the pilots, participating in the process, and staying active and informed. Guys like him only serve to destroy, he is just too ignorant to even realize it. Last point, guys like him will often conflate someone being a "company man" or "happy with the status quo" if they are not constantly complaining about what they dont like and what we need. For those of us who have been around a few laps, we know real change is made with action and not constant complaining which does nothing to strengthen our position and achieve gains. There will be a time soon for every Spirit and F9 pilots to get off our collective butts and go to action, until then, its just hot air with someone of these guys. |

I get your point but his attitude (Trylybyte and others) is cancerous when it comes to Section 6 or, more likely, JCBA time.

I'd rather have guys who are ****ed off on our side than most of the passive CA types I fly with who act like they're battered spouses or something. The "better than a regional" or "good enough for me" mentality is much worse than some troll on the internet.
Nothing wrong with being positive at work, but let’s be realists too. |
