I’d like to congratulate some FOs
 
Chaos creates cash. Never been a better time in the right seat to capitalize on the low staffing and meltdowns. Looks like almost all of the premium pay going out is FOs and all bases are sharing the love. Some of the totals I’m seeing are impressive and it’s not just a couple it’s many. Good job! Now stop complaining about meltdowns

I would like to know how one person can be on both the MCO and LGA Y list though. Can’t exactly report to both of those within 3hrs

2 homes maybe? Don't have to pick up your phone, listen to VM and decide if that pairing fits your location.

Yup, nothing contractual says they can’t. Just can’t pick the phone up if they call.

Slow it up. Nothing wrong with guys making 200% within the contract when the company meltdowns. They are not "helping the company" out, they are making 200%+ by enjoying how ridiculously inept this company is.

Okay? Well at first year pay I've only accepted one out of ten requests this year, and that was only because it had an overnight I wanted. Otherwise I'd rather enjoy my days off than premium at first year pay.

It was actually a congratulatory comment not a dig. Get it when you can. It’s the best time in this company’s history for the FOs to get this much premium. Captains not so much but can enjoy a green grid.

and my post wasnt a dig on you but rather a commentary on the company's horrible first year compensation when compared to other places in today's market.
