Maybe if lec 77 did all of the meetings at 2am more would show.

Taking a step back I’ll say this. Besides the one email we got from the MEC Chair last week, why has there been complete silence from the MEC during this 2 week meltdown? Seriously nothing from them?!

On a related note to why we lose so many volunteers, ol SM is at it again. Going after SV in an instructor chat. Because SV had the “nerve” to voice disappointment with the MEC involvement right now as it relates to communication with the pilots during these meltdowns. SM is the guy we have running out NC and this guy once again shows how if anyone speaks up, he will attack them.

So in review: 1 pilot out of 400 will run for FO rep. The NC Chairman still controls the MEC ANR anyone who speaks out is attacked and our current MEC is as quiet as they can be while we have pilots being rescheduled and rerouted daily with no communication from the company or the union.

Maybe with one of these mergers we can clean house

you know SM isn’t the NC chair right?

Yes, NC member. PS has tenure on the committee once MM left so he is the chair. Ill just leave it at the way he attacked Scott is typical and unprofessional at the least

As Scott said on that chat after SM attacked him, "This is who is on your Negotiating Committee folks". At least with a JCBA, his impact will be muted a bit

Thank goodness. Also, +1 for virtual meetings if that is even an option.
