Or....or maybe he just packs his regular 22" with a change of clothes if he gets stuck. You really aren't "lugging all that crap" around on a day turn. Stop being dramatic. Backpacks are for hikers and school kids. Its really not that difficult, it really isn't. Sad we even have to tell people to not wear a backpack to work.

With a wife in the medical field, I’ve seen more Doctors at the hospital carrying a backpack than I’ve ever seen pilots carrying one. Those unprofessional idiots. Don’t they know only hikers and school kids carry those. Really, why does anyone care? With the amount of our guys wearing crap “uniforms”,there is no way some of you complaining about backpacks aren’t sporting north faces and tennis shoes.
Ah yes, but those same doctors wear pajamas to work too
