I was reading above for awhile back that Spirit was responding fairly quickly to PRIA requests. I have DL requesting PRIA for at least a month and a half now, and the background check company says they've attempted electronically to request PRIA from Spirit 3 times to no avail and have had to physically mail the PRIA request recently. I had “heard” that as well but they responded in the 30 day window required by law for mine. If they didn’t then you need to reach out since they are in violation.

I suppose my question is the 30 day response time based upon the electronic or mailed version? If it's electronic, then I have a case. If it's the mailed version, then I don't as they only sent it 6 days ago.
