I got my last two 4-days dropped and pay protected... by my sick time that would otherwise have disappeared.

I also got an extra special meeting with the Chief Pilot.

But I also got an extra special weekend road trip riding rollercoasters with my son before I left home for an extended time.

All in all a fair trade.
