Default Endeavor AIP

This new deal at Endeavor is, in my opinion, going to put large pay raises at Spirit on the fast track.

New Hire FO rate = DAL new hire rate + 9% (88.75% raise from current)

2nd year FO = 65% raise from current

2nd year, and up, Captain = average 59% raise from current.

New hire applications have to be near or at zero.

SWA is in a panic for new hires.

If you think any major is going to get a 50-60% increase (other than first year pay) you’re in for a long wait. Seems obvious 12-15% is the going rate.

Seems like that is what the big four managements have colluded to offer. Haven’t seen any pilot group accept that yet.

For Legacy carriers? Only thing legacy about us is the word Legacy on lanyards showing up in our mailboxes.

Legacy is at 12-15
Regionals are 50-60

So great, us ULCC will be tucked right in the middle

The point is senior pay has to come up high enough to slow attrition and first year pay has to match if not exceed regional to keep applications coming in the number isn’t based off a percent increase. It’s based off the bottom line number.
