No, but about a year and a half ago they stopped letting you list buddy passes for free, now you have to pay a $15 fee to ID90.

Not even close. Like you said the $15 id90 fee was there but until 2019 you could submit a paper form to the company via Email for buddy passes for completely free. But obviously they took that away.

But I certainly didn't do it so I must be making it up.

P.S. I did do it, many times.

as elmetal said, you could also do a paper form for free. You must’ve just never got the memo in your 10+ years…

I never heard or this paper form. And who uses buddy passes anyway. Tell those cheap skates to buy a ticket

Lol...facts. "Hey, let me send a piece of paper into our understaffed travel department to get you a space available standby ride so you can save $80 on a ticket. And if you dont make it on, you can call me and we can play the 'im stuck because of your airline and all the warning you gave to me about standby, I've forgotten', how does that sound?"

idk man. Some times tickets on Spirit are more than $80.

ive seen $300 before and it’s always good to score some “brownie points” with your buddies and you can use that as a “you owe me” for something else later on.

Get buddies who don’t need free Spirit tickets.

Problem solved
