At least they realize this ULCC model isnt working and a retool is needed. The press release reads very clear that they now see this rapid growth model for the ULCC airline isnt going to work.

Yes, Ted is actually doing a really good job. He knows the ULCC model is bad and that’s why he is selling it.

and in the mean time what do you expect him to do? Wave a magic wand a fix the economy and the broken NEO planes???

say what you want about the guy but at the end of the day he is the one laughing him self to sleep tonight in a yacht and we are the schmucks in our pink ties, orange lanyards, blue pants and black jackets that don’t match at all when we walk around an airport.

The economy that had 4.9% GDP growth, and UA/DL making solid profits?

And that is why we are getting out of the ULCC business…
