Do you know if they have sent out the official WARN notices of furlough to the individuals or has it just been the general corporate announcement that 260 needed to be furloughed? I figure that the WARN notices would have to be out or going out very soon to meet the legal requirements of notice.

C'mon man fooling around for a laugh is one thing but here's the answer.
639.8 How is the notice served?
Any reasonable method of delivery to the parties listed under § 639.6 of this part which is designed to ensure receipt of notice of least 60 days before separation is acceptable (e.g., first class mail, personal delivery with optional signed receipt). In the case of notification directly to affected employees, insertion of notice into pay envelopes is another viable option. A ticketed notice, i.e., preprinted notice regularly included in each employee's pay check or pay envelope, does not meet the requirements of WARN.

does anyone think that we can evolve our business model to move up to the a higher level and compete with legacies, just as the leagacies have lowered their entry fee to compete with us? Can we field a good enough PR campaign to swing popular opinion…we have the safest product and best value domestic product. We have come a lonnnnnng way..but we still suffer from
