I’ve never heard anything so perfectly and succinctly stated.

The judge did exactly what the attorneys warned he’d do.

If you’re gonna blame anyone, blame the guy who drove the price of fuel up.
That just moved the timeline of the shutdown by a few weeks. Spirt was a sinking ship and doomed long before the increased fuel prices. Fortunately, anyone that wanted out had plenty of time and warning.

I agree with all this.

To clarify my previous point, Trump starting the war was just the last hole in the cheese.

I'd like to hear how the B6-NK merger would've succeeded?

Hmm... Hmmm... Well, we're waiting. [/judgesmails voice]

Today is a good day to withhold opinion as to why Spirit failed and what Spirit Pilots should or should not have done in recent years. You may be right, but you’re certainly wrong. Put on a better filter, have more sincere empathy, and actually feel for those affected. “Should have seen it coming,” or even “Been there” ain’t it today.

I hope for nothing but the best for every spirit employee. SWA has a 14 day extension for cabin seat privileges for you all. Best of luck.

All the dumbasses fell straight into Robin Hayes trap. And Ted Christie was the only one trying to warn about it! The merger was never going to get approved. Doesn't matter who is president.

2 BKs in last 12 months. If you didnt see it and didn't apply to the several airlines that were hiring, then i question your judgement. Yew it sucks for everyone left and it is going to be a lot harder to land somewhere unfortunately.

Literally hundreds of NK pilots have been hired at the legacy airlines in the last 3 months alone. It is almost always the junior guys that jump first, and end up senior to the ones that they were slinging gear for at the last shop. Unfortunately there is no crystal ball to know what is going to happen in the future, but NK's future has been pretty bleak for quite some time now.
