A few screenshots have been shared with me and I have to say, I’m appalled. The lack of knowledge and blatant attempt to act knowledgeable is disgraceful. Additionally to that fact, a lot of our “vocal” pilots most likely go out and shake their fist at the sky every day for no apparent reason. Please take a lot of what they say with not just a grain of salt, but maybe all of the salt in the oceans of the world.

These few vocal individuals do not represent our airline or our culture.

Cheers!

It’s sad and embarrassing to see these individuals attempt to speak on our behalf. Bad for Allegiant pilots, bad for Sun Country pilots, bad for everyone.

Here’s to hoping we can drown out their anger, hostility, and cluelessness with some camaraderie and welcoming. My opinion only, but I believe that in the long run, this merger is a win for both groups. Size = Survival

The merger thread over there has drifted to anger and finger pointing. Tuning that out.
Glad for the unity I’m hearing within our flight decks.

there is anger and finger pointing but none of it has to with SY pilots. Y’all have show us how to get a good contract despite a “unique business model”

I haven’t spoken to ansi how pilot that is upset about merging with SY. Uncertainty yes, but that is because of the mess and drama in our house (looking at you IBT).

I hope none of the SY guys and gals think they have anything to do with the anger and hostility over on the G4 forums.

It is truly a direct result of the IBT and the destruction they’ve caused within our airline. SY, please encourage every G4 pilot to sign a card at g4p4a.com

As an ALGT pilot the merger is a bit stressful. Hard to say how it will shake out but the one thing that I'm very happy about is that this will finally end the IBT nightmare. Absolute worst representation I've ever had. Zero chance they stick around. Majority of pilots I speak with are looking forward to being done with teamsters. It's all but guaranteed we are all ALPA within the next year or two.

Please make sure they visit G4P4A.com and sign a card. We can’t afford the IBT for another day during this merger.
