Here are some numbers for the CRJ-700 at 59,000lbs landing weight (from a CRJ POH). We use Vref for landing - V1 is for takeoff only btw.
The speeds vary on your flap setting for landing (normal landing is flaps 45)
Flaps Vref (kias)
0 167
8 145
20 139
30 135
45 127 (you want to be at this speed over the fence with flaps 45)
V2GA (V2 go around speed - fly this if you make a missed approach until you are at a safe altitude ie 1000' AGL)
135 kias
Takeoff speeds:
Flaps 8
V1 124 (decision speed)
VR 124 (rotation or liftoff speed)
V2 138 (best rate of climb single engine speed)
Flaps 20
V1 121
Vr 121
V2 133
Hope this helps

Are they correct, they seem high, another source shows for a TOGW of 59,00 as 124,124,138 for flap 8' and 121,121,133 for flap 20. Confusing, which are right?
