Can anyone explain to me what is the Rough-Air penetration airspeed?

Speed where you stall before you break.... In the CR50 it is 280Kt/.75m

It's the speed you slow down to when you hit turbulence so you don't die.

Always practice safe flying... never penetrate rough air without protection.

Va is maneuvering speed. Vb is rough air penetration speed or Vra. They are usually close but not the same. They are obviously used for two different reasons.
