Default Boeing 737-300/400 question

Hey guys.
I have a question about the 737-300 and 400 type.
I'm starting initial (in about a month or two) in this airplane soon and was wondering if there any major differences systems wise.
I downloaded a 737 CBT but turned out to be for the 400 ( I only found NG and this one) Would it be a good idea to start learning through it?

I know they have the 400 has B2 engines, a bit stretched, 2 extra overwing doors, (2 jumpseats?)....but as far as cockpit systems go....any major differences?

Thanks guys and girls!

I've only flown the 737-200 so I'm no expert, but the -400 is he same generation as the -300 and -500. I'm sure there are differences as you've pointed out, but it's the same type.

I think the -400 has a different environmental system as well. Look up this site they seem to cover everything the guppy has to offer from the -200 to the -900ER
