Default King Air B100

Has anyone ever had an issues with their B100 not getting over 3.0 differential on the pressurization system. Just put on a new flow back and and still having issues. I am also not passing the ground presserization test. Any ideas?

Check for air leaks around the door seals. It is either the air coming in, the air going out, or the controller. (essentially). Pressurize to 3.0 and then go enviro off with both bleeds. Your leak rate shouldn't be more than about a grand, maybe 1500 at the most. at that Diff press. It sure sounds like an air leak, assuming your controller is functioning properly.

I'd try one at a time. Just make sure the "new pack" is actually working. Also have the OF valve cleaned. There could be some junk there not allowing for a good seal.
