Default To the professional pilots on the fourm

To the professional pilots on the fourm. How often do you hand fly your aircraft? Do you hand fly it all the way to cruise Atltitude or are you a button pusher (auto pilot) as soon as you leave the ground? Also, what about decent and landing. Do you hand fly your baby all the way down to the ground, or are you a button pusher until mininums and disengage the AP?

I'm doing a study to see how often do pilots use/and or dont use the AP during a flight. Mostly takeoffs, decents, and landings.

If you'd like to survey APC forum users I'd suggest that you author a statistically valid survey, instead of a subjective series of questions, and post it in the Aviation Surveys section forum.

Be sure to read that forums instructions before posting a survey.
