I think they're talking about the American Connection 145 model in the lobby and maybe the fire extinguishers used in recurrent....other than that, I don't think they have any "assets."

to say the company wont exist if we strike...thats a pretty d-ck move. hes sayin we should settle for being at the bottom of the industry just so the company can exist(remain highly profitable). hes puttin the onus on the pilot group. no dude...its on you RL. this reminds me of a funny little story...i knew these two guys that i went to highschool with. they went to a party together and one wanted to leave, the other wanted to stay. the one who wanted to stay said that if you leave me, ill burn this house down. well the other guy who drove left. true to his word...the other guy burnt the house down. the moral of the story is, he went to prison. RL can make those threats all he wants but does he really want the legacy of ruining an airline i.e. lorenzo/borman? im sure weve all heard RL talk about how he wanted to become a priest...now i think i know the real reason why.

It is laughable for them to think that a small threat like that would make us crumble. Spirit Managment said the EXACT same thing, they even sent out a memo .....look where it got them. Plus, the bottom line is if you cant (or wont) pay your employees what they deserve, you shouldnt be in business!!

I mean come on, were asking for industry average....average.... aka the norm ...aka what we should be paid. If u cant do it... ok then shut the doors. the world would be a better place without this managment team and company. Ill be proud to risk my worthless regional job and call RL bluff!
