90% of the lines in January have min days off (12). Haven't seen the schedules this bad in 9 years... Hopefully not the new norm

I noticed a bunch of them have lost days so make sure you add 4 hours of credit for every 24 hour sit.

TL;DR : Pick up your phone.

As for overstaffing we have something in the range of at least 375 line pilots. We have 29 airplanes. We really only need like 300 line pilots. Add 200 CQFOs and that brings us up to 600ish range. We just need 200 FOs in about a little over 2 years. Not hard numbers by any means, just some junk yard math.

We are going to stay overstaffed.. More planes are coming down the road. You don't get more flying if you are staffed just enough.. Smart move by TSA mgmt by keeping us overstaffed.

And if you're thinking about leaving for ADI, you're probably the dumbest human on earth.

Some garbage company out of Atlanta that does 135 flying.

APPARENTLY we aren't going to be able to staff the United flying and they are going to take it! Lol. I guess they do some EAS right now according to the genius in the ORD crew room that said this stuff. Of course, that person is also leaving TSA for there so...... I REALLY question his/her judgement.

I'll bet all the new hires that quit because they "weren't flying enough" are pretty thrilled with their decision now... Lol
