Default Unions ALPA, Teamsters and a new approach

How many pilots would like to create their own company that provides pilot services. You pay Alpa a monthly fee in exchange for work rules pay and job placement. You are your own business and can take advantage of the corporate tax system. I think from a tax stand point we would be better off.

What do the Business owners think of this idea? Accountants please give advice?

I would think your company would be able to pay your mortgage through office space rent. I believe transferring money from your company to you through rental income is not subject to social security tax. I think your car would be payed for by the company. You and your wife could be employed by the company. Night out on the town Business meeting, Vacation Business meeting. College for your kids job training.

Not sure if all of these ideas will work but if you created a holding company and sub companies. I would think a 100,000 or 200,000 dollars could to transfered to you and your family at alot lower tax rate.

I have a hard time believing that someone claiming a B747 type can be so clueless with respect to bargaining agents. I'm not a fan of your idea as 65,000+ independent contractors emasculates the very premise of organized labor.

I also think your knowledge of the tax code is on par with your knowledge of organized labor.
