2.8 here and 5 years to complete my Bachelors. CJO in March and swimming in the pool. Ditto having someone (like Checked and Set) check through your app. Be ready to talk about the "why" how that helped you be better at such and such later on.

By the way, it never came up in the interview for United. Good luck!

I got hired with that GPA

I got hired in April with a 2.7 GPA. Be ready to explain any negative information including grades. I'm currently in the CJO pool and in the last couple weeks things have started to break loose. There is a large class on 13 Nov followed by several more before the end of the year. Indications are that interviews will be starting again as well

A good bit under 3.0 also but a lot of other "meat" on the resume. The major wasn't basketweaving and the school was tough to get into. It never even came up, though I was prepared to talk about it.

That being said, I'm also confident it didn't fast track the process of getting a call, so no question it's not a "plus".

100% not an issue. Beef up the rest of the resume if you can to increase the odds that they will select you sooner. Once you are selected to interview.. They want to hire you.

Probably not. You may want someone to proofread your resume for you though.

Ouch! Low blow sir.
