CCS Max/Mobile issues
 

Anyone else having trouble with this? App isn't working and can't even get to the web site.

I'm having issues uploading it as well. I can't do anything on it as of today. I emailed them about the problem earlier this afternoon but haven't received a reply yet. I hope they fix it soon!

Had the same issue...looked like it was stuck trying to connect to paypal. I uninstalled, thinking I could re-install, then like you, found the website was unresponsive.

This morning I tried the website again and it was back up, I downloaded the app and now am back to normal.

Same. I'm back to normal today.

I was having the same issues yesterday, but unfortunately, after working again for just a little while this morning, it's back to not working - at least for me.

I got an email from support early this morning saying the problem came from their web-hosting company. They're adding two weeks paid subscription to all active accounts for the inconvenience.

I just hope it gets to fully working again and soon. It's by far my favorite app for trips.

Web site not working again

I contacted the help desk yesterday, they claimed a server issue and that it was GTG. Still not working for me though.
