Yes C is picked up S is assigned. So if it says C13 in crew companion (or other places) that is a picked up short call. S13 would be assigned.

Correct. And for reference, Fxx for APU FSB and Pxx is for scheduler assigned. Already seen a number of errors with schedulers using the wrong/old code when they assign a SC/FSB doing PDRs.

Call the desk and have it corrected to the proper code. Also PDR SSC so they can highlight the issue.
