Will sand be Munoz downfall?
Bizarre to think stealing sand could end a career. Does make you ask what he was thinking. He easily could have afforded to legally bring in sand.

Oscar has a record of going out of his way to accommodate popular social and environmental causes- not as much but similar to Al Gore.
