Will sand be Munoz downfall?

Bizarre to think stealing sand could end a career. Does make you ask what he was thinking. He easily could have afforded to legally bring in sand.

Exactly. This is usually the case. I don't think Munoz and his neighbors rented a caterpillar together and started digging.

You would however have expected one of the four homeowners involved to issue a statement to that effect. They are being vilified in the JAX area because they have refused all comment.
