You start a new account here at APC (2 posts so far) and ask for access to something that United crewmembers (albeit unofficially) use to identify their baggage. No one here knows you, so why would we help you get something like this.

You want uniform items next? It's not like anyone has any clue who you are. Maybe it's not technically a security issue, but it does seem a bit "phishy"...

And then when you are called out on it you get uppity about someone who brings up a concern. Go away...

I’m just giving the OP some information. I think the tags are silly, especially the “cute” ones with sayings like “not your bag” and stuff.

Perhaps if you had an idea of how many idiotic security measures we are subjected to, and have been trained in over our careers, you might understand my angst. That we should have to jump through mindless and redundant stupid hoops and then hand out crew tags to the general pub is just a non-starter for me. The public should not have access to materials which attempt to establish one's bona fides as an airline crewmember.

As far as Jesus and me being condescending, hell I was just getting warmed up. Come back when contract talks heat up and I'll try and achieve fever pitch.:D
