Zipper tie... no really.

So, I'm on my 3rd one... they are awesome, until they suck. How do you fix them when one side of the zipper comes off track? I tried to get it back on for 30 mins tonight... hate to give M&H even more of my money...

I like them better than the clip ons because you can get away with not buttoning the top button... but what a pain in the ass when the zipper comes off the rails because then it just keeps sliding down.

Virgin had it right imho.

Why don't you use a REAL tie, that you tie?

Looks better, lasts long time.

Buy the one from a cut above. It has a locking mechanism.

Just say that you now self-identify as a female and don’t wear one.

Thinking of carrying the banner on this one. Run around the hub cities long enough without a tie on and wait until your accosted by one of the uniform police.

Immediately claim discrimination, (see females only), and take it to HR and the Union for resolution.

Woo-hoo what fun !!

"Here's something extra to wear that serves absolutely no purpose at all!"

I just "don't get" ties. Yeah, someone is going to come here and tell me all about how good they look, blah blah. It doesn't block sun out of your eyes, or help you stay warm, or provide a layer of protection/comfort. It just hangs around your neck like a noose waiting to snag on something or get caught. Who cares if you can tie a tie, I can find no redeeming value to them or actually tying them. Yes, I still tie ties, but I would never knock anyone that wants whatever zip-on/clip-on, etc.

You can wipe your nose or your mouth after eating with them.

Over time, the tie will collect enough material from crew meals and you can use it to make soup :)

Without my tie, how would I open bathroom doors after washing my hands?
