They are required to offer COLA I believe, but not required to actually approve any minimum number, so they can post it but deny all request based on staffing. Happens every summer.

We haven't hired much over the last 24 months, its peak summer travel and the company is offering COLA on most fleets? This really has me scratching my head. I would have thought it was all hands on deck at least trough the summer travel. Does anyone have any insight? Is there something I'm missing? :confused: I looked at the list again after reading this post and it's only a handful of BESs. 10 BESs are being offered COLA for the entire airline.
