Barring any of the usual "innocent till proven guilty", when someone files suit against a corporation with a named individual who DOESN'T work for said company, does the employer of said individual just automatically suspend/fire said person?

Douchebag comment award goes to you. If you must know, yes, he’s still on the seniority list, but he hasn’t touched an airplane since late 2016. Whether that means he has been suspended until this plays out, who knows. Never met the guy.
