There used to be a way to log on as a UA employee, not as an individual, which permitted listing. I click both the “access myIDTravel” links and it signs me in as an individual. Which means no “commuter travel” link. At least I’m not seeing it...

From the Flyingtogether -> Travel -> OtherAirline page:
Towards the very bottom of the page, there is a link that says "MyIDTravelListing Tool".
Click on that link and you will be able to list as a jumpseater using CommutingCrew.
